Pour \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9e, la marque doit d\u2019abord pouvoir \u00eatre repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e<\/b> dans le registre national des marques, elle doit pouvoir \u00eatre accessible et intelligible<\/b> pour que les tiers puissent d\u00e9terminer pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment et clairement l\u2019objet de la protection.
