Since 2014, not all types of timestamps have the same force. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-54b8a400 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\">\n<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n<p><span class=\"test-id__field-value slds-form-element__static slds-grow is-read-only\">Only <strong><u>qualified<\/u> electronic timestamps<\/strong>, as they are called, have a superior legal force recognised under French and European law <strong>since <span class=\"ILfuVd\"><span class=\"e24Kjd\">September 17, 2014,<\/span><\/span><\/strong> when the European \u00ab\u00a0eIDAS\u00a0\u00bb Regulation came into force. No other timestamp benefits from this presumption of technical reliability!<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1fa75bcc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\">\n<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n<p><span class=\"test-id__field-value slds-form-element__static slds-grow is-read-only\">To be \u00ab\u00a0qualified\u00a0\u00bb, the \u00ab\u00a0stamped\u00a0\u00bb date must be received from a timestamping authority registered on a list managed by the European Union. There is only a handful of them in the world, and Copyright.eu uses exclusively one of them, the French company Universign.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.datasure.net\/servlet\/rtaImage?eid=ka07T000000XZTY&amp;feoid=00N5I000000ZBVC&amp;refid=0EM5I000000dzDR\" alt=\"\"><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span class=\"test-id__field-value slds-form-element__static slds-grow is-read-only\">Each certificate issued by Copyright.eu thus receives a <strong>qualified electronic timestamp.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"test-id__field-value slds-form-element__static slds-grow is-read-only\">It is compulsorily recognised in all legal and judicial systems of the European Union (\u00ab\u00a0eIDAS\u00a0\u00bb Regulation <span class=\"st\">n\u00b0910\/2014 of 23 July 2014<\/span>). In practice, many other countries also recognise it, <strong>as it is the highest level of timestamping available in the world today.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"test-id__field-value slds-form-element__static slds-grow is-read-only\"><strong>How about other repositories, such as the e-Soleau envelope? <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"test-id__field-value slds-form-element__static slds-grow is-read-only\">Various online registration systems can be used to provide proof of your creations, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.droit.fr\/definition\/2081-force-probante\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">evidential value<\/a> of which varies from one provider to another. E-Soleau does not currently provide a qualified electronic timestamp on the filing receipt that is issued. This document, therefore, does not benefit from a <em><strong>\u00ab\u00a0presumption of accuracy for the date and time it indicates and of integrity for the data to which that date and time relate\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/em> in all countries of the European Union, as is the case for each Copyright.eu filing. (cf. art 41 of Regulation (EU) N\u00b0910\/2014 of 23 July 2014)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"test-id__field-value slds-form-element__static slds-grow is-read-only\">The limitation to the national territory of the Soleau envelope is often <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jurifiable.com\/conseil-juridique\/propriete-intellectuelle\/enveloppe-soleau#heading-3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recalled by several lawyers<\/a>.
