Ainsi, le cr\u00e9ateur peut, selon les besoins et en respectant la l\u00e9galit\u00e9, inscrire une clause de non-concurrence, d\u2019exclusivit\u00e9 ou encore une clause d\u2019exploitation et\/ou de perfectionnement de l\u2019id\u00e9e.
